Upload your owner list
Upload the eligible owners as a spreadsheet. We give each one a card code like A01.

Print one big A4 card per owner. Hand them out at registration, as you do today.

For each motion, owners raise their card. Staff walk the rows with their phones. The projector counts live.

Download the COB report
When the meeting ends, download the signed report pack. Your chairman checks it and signs.

Common questions
Do owners need a phone?
No. Owners only hold up their printed card. Your staff do the scanning.
What about proxies?
The building decides who holds a proxy and gives that person the card. We count the card that is raised.
Is it accepted by COB?
We give you the evidence pack: every scan, every motion and the final count. Your chairman checks and signs it, and you file it as usual.
What if the Wi-Fi in the hall is bad?
The scanning phones keep working without internet and send their scans as soon as they are back online.
